Patients Feedback

We really appreciate any patient feedback, as it helps us to develop & maintain good quality services for all our patients. Ideally your feedback should be addressed directly to the Practice or in writing to The Practice Manager. In-house there’s a suggestion box for patients, we offer NHS Friends & Family Surveys for patients at check in/out, an annual survey across all aspects of our service, and have robust Complaints Procedures.
